TechFlow, December 15 — According to Cointelegraph, security researcher Taylor Monahan warned that hackers are impersonating acquaintances via Telegram messages to invite victims to Zoom meetings, then sending malicious "patch" files under the pretext of audio issues. This scam has already caused over $300 million in losses and has become a daily recurring threat.
