TechFlow, Dec 10 — According to CoinDesk, blockchain infrastructure company TenX Protocols announced it will list on the TSX Venture Exchange (TSXV) on December 10 under the ticker "TNX". The company has raised over CAD 33 million (approximately USD 24 million) this year, including a CAD 29.9 million subscription receipts financing related to the listing and a CAD 3.5 million seed round.
TenX stated it will use the funds to acquire tokens from high-throughput blockchain networks such as Solana, Sui, and Sei and participate in staking, while also investing in its own infrastructure products and services. Part of the financing was conducted in digital assets, including SOL, SEI, and USDC, with each subscription receipt priced at CAD 0.75.
