TechFlow news, December 5 — According to Bloomberg, U.S. prosecutors have recommended a 12-year prison sentence for Do Kwon, co-founder of Terraform Labs, due to his fraudulent actions that led to the $40 billion collapse of the TerraUSD (UST) stablecoin in 2022. Do Kwon is scheduled to be sentenced by U.S. District Judge Paul Engelmayer on December 11.
