It is understood that Yunfeng Financial, indirectly held by Jack Ma, has acquired the Hong Kong and Macau business assets of US-based Manulife Life Insurance. It currently primarily operates long-term insurance businesses in Hong Kong including life and annuity, investment-linked long-term, permanent health, and retirement plan management.
