Based on 13F filings with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, as of September 30, Harvard Management Company held over 6.8 million shares of BlackRock's iShares Bitcoin Trust (IBIT), valued at approximately $442.8 million—significantly up from the 1.906 million shares reported on June 30. Emory University held over 1 million shares of Grayscale's Bitcoin Mini Trust in Q3, worth nearly $52 million, a substantial increase from the previous quarter. The university also disclosed holding 4,450 shares of iShares Bitcoin Trust, valued at approximately $289,000.
