TechFlow, on November 4, according to on-chain analyst Ember (@EmberCN), a whale/institution that previously profited $23.31 million by borrowing and short-selling 66,000 ETH, transferred 91.2 million USDC into Binance and then withdrew 110,000 ETH (worth $386 million) from Binance an hour and a half ago.
In addition to the earlier repayment of 64,000 ETH used for covering the short position, this address has withdrawn a total of 174,144 ETH from Binance over the past day, valued at $621 million.
