TechFlow news, October 19 — According to Four.Meme on the X platform, token name protection only applies to fair launch mode. Before a token is launched, the system checks both free mode and fair launch mode to ensure there are no duplicate or similar names. Free mode itself is not subject to this rule and does not offer token name protection, allowing creators to freely launch tokens at any time.
Previous report, Four.Meme plans to introduce a token name protection feature to prevent duplication and confusion.
