TechFlow news, October 15: According to BlockSec Phalcon's disclosure, its system detected multiple suspicious transactions on Ethereum targeting two unknown contracts, resulting in approximately $120,000 in losses.
The attacker exploited a vulnerability in the victim contracts where the critical functions approveERC20 and withdrawAll lacked access control, successfully extracting tokens from within the contracts. These victim contracts are not open-source and were both deployed by the same address.
