TechFlow news, September 30 — According to Cointelegraph, the TON Foundation and the U.S. Space Exploration Research Agency (SERA) today announced a collaboration to send six civilians into space via blockchain-based voting. The project will be conducted on the Telegram platform, with launch missions expected to take place in the first half of 2026 aboard Blue Origin rockets.
Five of the seats are specifically reserved for underrepresented countries in space exploration, including India, Nigeria, Brazil, Thailand, and Indonesia, while one seat is open to the global public.
