Navigating Web3 tides with focused insightsToday, Vicky, our Design Team Lead, delivered a 30-minute internal talk to the entire company, sharing how the team leverages AI (“silicon-based life”) as their “24/7 intern” to automate repetitive, tedious tasks—freeing up human (“carbon-based”) team members to focus on high-value work.
I learned a great deal from her talk—and I’m incredibly proud of our team. Here are my key takeaways:
✨ What Is Vibe Coding?
Clearly articulate your requirements in natural language, and AI builds a functional tool for you—no coding required, no complex setup.
🛠️ How Our Key AI Tools Are Divided by Function
- Claude: Handles complex logic and delivers highly detailed outputs (slightly higher token cost)
- ChatGPT: Generates quick first drafts, organizes information, and answers questions
- Stitch: Builds UI interfaces and interactive prototypes
- Google AI Studio: Directly generates shareable web pages—currently free
🎯 Three Steps to Identify What to Automate First
- Log the work fragments that consume the most time
- Identify “zombie tasks”—mindless, mechanical, repetitive activities
- Ask yourself: If you could permanently eliminate one task, which would it be?
These are precisely the tasks most worthy of delegation to AI.
(For example: They told ChatGPT/Claude, “We need a brand compliance self-check tool so that when colleagues receive third-party design files, they can verify adherence to brand guidelines instantly—without waiting for review from the Brand Team.” AI helped them draft clear, actionable requirements; the team then imported those into Stitch to generate the UI; finally, Claude or Google AI Studio coded a publicly accessible HTTP website.)

AI cannot:
- Read your boss’s mind—only interpret what they explicitly say (😆 Indeed, sometimes even bosses aren’t sure what they really want)
- Join your team for coffee and build trust
- Care deeply about final outcomes and human experience
AI excels at:
Repetition, formatting, copy-pasting, bulk processing, and mechanical labor
Treat AI as your 24/7 intern, while you focus on innovation, creativity, decision-making, and communication—tasks only humans can do well.
💡 My biggest takeaway:
It’s not about how powerful AI is—it’s about how powerfully people who know how to use AI are liberating themselves.
I’ve said it repeatedly: The future belongs to collaboration between carbon-based and silicon-based life—and this trend is irreversible. You must embrace it. Resist it, and you will be left behind—not necessarily by your company, but by the era itself. That’s why we advocate AI adoption across the board. And I truly believe that in this process, while those who refuse to adopt AI will fall behind, those who master it—like our Design Team showcased today—will see productivity gains of 5x or even 10x.
