As one of the most discussed and high-profile sectors in Web3 this year, DePIN is considered the innovation network with the closest connection to the real world. By leveraging blockchain technology, it integrates devices such as sensors, storage, computing power, new energy sources, network bandwidth, and AIoT, giving rise to data, information, and network services based on large-scale deployment of distributed hardware.
These DePIN projects not only drive innovation in Web3 but also transform users' roles from traditional one-way consumers into co-builders of networks. Due to its extensive connections with the physical world, DePIN is widely seen as a key pathway toward mass adoption of Web3. Currently, the DePIN market already exceeds $30 billion, and its potential to reshape traditional physical infrastructure could unlock a market worth trillions in the future.
The recent breakthroughs driven by AI have also brought DePIN networks built on idle computing power into focus. As a standardized resource, RWA (Real World Asset) products targeting DePIN hold significant potential for financial innovation.
A positive industry flywheel is drawing more users into the Web3 ecosystem. New logics are forming, and new relationships are emerging. Against this backdrop, the launch of the second-phase DePIN track recruitment comes at just the right time. The incubation camp will primarily operate from the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area and Singapore, recruiting no more than 15 outstanding global projects. Selected teams will enter an intensive incubation phase from July to September, culminating in an offline graduation ceremony in Singapore in mid-September, followed by nine months of long-tail follow-up support. Participants will receive comprehensive Web3 startup mentoring and resources, including technical guidance, partnership introductions, public exposure, marketing events, and fundraising assistance—enabling holistic team growth.
In July last year, Future3 Campus became the first in the industry to launch a dedicated incubation program focused on the DePIN track, successfully completing its first-phase DePIN incubation. Eight exceptional DePIN teams—including Ebunker, EMC, Ketchup Republic, Network3, PowerPod, and Roam—were selected and received deep, end-to-end support in entrepreneurship coaching, product strategy, resource matching, publicity, marketing activities, and funding services, significantly accelerating their growth.
